What these terms cover
These terms cover your use of this website and of the waitlist. Bella Figura is not on sale yet. There is no purchase, no payment and no account, and the Buy button only lets you join the waitlist. When the product launches, it will have its own terms, which you will see before you pay anything.
Acceptance
By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
Age
You must be 16 or older to join the waitlist.
The waitlist
Joining is free and does not commit you to anything. We will email you once when Bella Figura launches, with the founders' discount. We do not promise a launch date. The launch price shown on the site is the one we plan to charge and may change before launch. You can leave the waitlist at any time by writing to privacy@getbellafigura.com. How we handle your data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Information on this site
The site describes a product that is still being built. What we say about it, including the scenes, the 14-day plan and the cultural tips, is general information and may change. It is not professional advice, and customs differ from place to place and person to person.
Acceptable use
Use the site and the waitlist honestly: do not enter someone else's email address, send automated or abusive requests, try to get around the site's protections, or break, overload or scrape it.
Our content
The Bella Figura name, the Moka and Marco characters, the design and the text on this site are ours. Please do not copy them without asking.
Changes and availability
We may change or take down the site or the waitlist at any time, and we may update these terms. The date on the Privacy Policy and these terms shows when the current texts were written.
Liability
We work to keep the site accurate and available but cannot guarantee that it will always be either. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by contract, or our liability for gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer living in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country and can bring proceedings in the courts where you live.
